He knew how to make a way out of no way. He started from humble beginnings but ended up a very successful man, never allowing anything to stop him from reaching his goals. He had no problem sharing his success and always wanted the best for his loved ones. Everyone around him loved him.
Why I love my job:
I love learning from leaders who are making a difference in the world.
My connection to public schools:
I’m a product of public schools. As an adult, I realized the huge impact education can have on a person’s success or lack thereof.
What I’m bad at:
Letting go of past mistakes.
The image that represents why I work at 50CAN:
Children are the heartbeat of society’s future. From my personal experience, a child's future can hinge on the quality of their education, shaping it for success or adversity. I work at 50CAN because I believe that by improving access to quality education, we are nurturing the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and decision-makers.
