Children are always learning and exploring. They are full of curiosity to the world and things around them. I aspire to stay like a child because I wanted to stay curious and always ready to learn.
Why I love my job:
Even though my role is number related, but every number has a story, and that story is what I love about the work I do here which is making a difference in our future education.
My connection to public schools:
I attended public high school when I came to the States. Coming from a traditional Chinese family, my parents did not believe in education for girls. I was the first in the family who graduated from college. I can say that education shaped my life and I believe every child should have that opportunity no matter where they are from.
What I’m bad at:
Writing. English is my second language and writing still doesn't come as natural.
