Abigail Singh is a high school senior at MESA Charter High School in Bushwick, Brooklyn. She is the coordinator and founder for the National English Honor Society at her school, attended NYU for writing classes, taken classes at Fordham University on social science and biopsychology and participated in a social justice seminar program at Tufts University. Throughout her academic career she has aided many students at her school with improving writing skills in various styles by interning with teachers. As a student currently experiencing the K-12 education system first-hand, she is happy to be joining the conversation where she’ll be the voice of her generation in this cohort.
