From Rhode Island to Hawaii—and dozens of communities in between—the local leaders in the 50CAN network work tirelessly to support the immense potential found within every child.

In 2017, these advocates secured 17 policy victories for students, launched two new state CANs, wrote 109 pages in the new 50CAN Guide to Building Advocacy Campaigns and welcomed hundreds of new citizen advocates into the 50CAN fam.

Today we are excited to share all that progress and more in the 2017 CANnual Report, a look into the busy, busy town of 50CAN and the work we are doing together to build communities where all children can thrive. All of our work is possible because of the vision of supporters like you, and we hope that you will share this progress with your networks as well.

But wait, there’s more! Once you have explored the work of the 50CAN network, be sure to take our custom quiz to find out which member of 50CAN’s Busy, Busy Town you are as an advocate. It takes all of us working together to make real change for students, and we are looking forward to building upon the success of 2017 to chart a path forward to education systems of tomorrow.
